Clariveld is the service brand. The service provider and invoice issuer remains Viral Labs Shop. The KVK search and VIES check on 4 November 2026 confirmed the business name and VAT ID. The tax treatment and total price of each order are confirmed before acceptance.
Pilot terms
The service is for businesses reviewing catalogue information. Before an order, the buyer receives the seller’s details, scope, total price including the applicable tax treatment, delivery date and these terms in a format that can be retained.
1. Scope
An editorial review of five product pages and one homepage, ten prioritised recommendations and two rewritten product pages. Includes one revision round on the same scope, requested within seven calendar days of delivery. One agreed language: English, Dutch or Spanish. Implementation, analytics access, test payments, technical audits and commercial performance guarantees are excluded. Additional languages require a separate agreement.
2. Price and acceptance
Reference price: €149 before applicable taxes. Total amount and currency are confirmed in writing before payment. An email enquiry is not an order. Work starts only after scope acceptance and confirmation of commercial payment through the agreed channel.
3. Delivery and source information
Target delivery is three working days after the agreed start and receipt of complete information. Missing information is flagged and the schedule is agreed accordingly. The client supplies product information they are authorised to use. No passwords or personal data about their buyers are needed.
4. Method and verification
The service is operated with AI and does not include review by a human specialist. Copy is checked against sources and supplied information; unconfirmed attributes are marked as pending. The client confirms the accuracy of their product facts and decides what to publish. Commercial effects remain hypotheses to test.
5. Issues and cancellation
An enquiry may be withdrawn free of charge before an order is agreed. If a paid order is cancelled before production starts, a full refund is offered. Once work has started, any settlement is based on work actually completed and the accepted terms, without an unagreed charge. If the service cannot be provided, the client is contacted to agree a solution or refund. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
6. Using the deliverables
After payment, the client may use and adapt the delivered copy for their business. No exclusivity is promised over generic phrases or third-party material. Client work will not be published as a case study without permission.
